Below we provide our important Store Policies all in one place.  Please refer to our FAQ, Terms of Service or Privacy pages for additional information not found below.  


During checkout these Store Policies must be agreed to before finalizing your purchase.  If you have any questions please reach out to us using our Contact Us page.  



Because of the nature of custom fabric printing, flaws can happen occasionally. Because of this we have strict policy on dealing with flaws:

Any flaw within 2" of the selvage line is not cause for refund or replacement. If you find a flaw larger than a US nickel please contact us here.

All flaws must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your fabric to be eligible for a return or replacement, so please make sure to promptly review your order once received.


Every order is custom printed specifically for each customer, and because of this we cannot restock or resell any returned order and do not offer returns. However, if you believe you have received flawed or damaged fabric we are happy to replace or refund for you. 

Ultimately, we want happy customers.  If after receiving your fabric you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss. 


Due to the inherent differences between how your screen displays color vs how printers create color, there can be a slight difference. This is usually caused by brightness issues that printed material does not have, as well as subtle variations in darker colors due to shading available on a screen. This is normal and to be expected and not cause for return or exchange. 


Uploading an incorrect design, purchasing the wrong design, selecting the wrong scale, or not providing a high quality image is not cause for a return or reprint.  Please make sure any design you upload for print is of high quality, at least 300 DPI and seamless and you are selecting the proper scale.  

Additionally, purchasing the correct fabric base is the responsibility of the buyer, and incorrect ordering is not cause for return.


Our standard production time (from the time you submit your order to the time your order is delivered to the shipper) is 5 to 12 days.  From time to time, due to backlog of orders or during Holidays, our production time might need to be extended.  When this happens, we will display it clearly on our home page and prominently on our Facebook Page and Group.  


Unfortunately, from time to time orders are delayed in transit.  Delayed transit is not cause for refunds or cancellations.  


Once your order has been printed, we do not allow cancellations.  If you want to cancel your order and your fabric has not been printed yet we will allow cancellations.  


It is assumed if you upload a custom file to be printed that you own the rights or license to that artwork.  By using our service, you agree to release from any responsibility resulting from copyright infringement.
