Every wesellfabric.com order is custom printed specifically for each customer, and because of this we cannot restock or resell any returned order and do not offer returns. However, if you receive flawed or damaged fabric we are happy to replace or refund for you.
Ultimately, we want happy customers. If after receiving your fabric you are not satisfied, or need to contact us regarding flawed or damaged fabric, please contact us to discuss.
You have 14 days to contact us regarding any issues with your order, and 7 days to report receiving flawed or damaged fabric, so please make sure to promptly review your order once received.

We offer USPS and UPS shipping options for both US and International shipments.
When your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. All orders ship in 5 to 12 days after your purchase.
If the production time on your order has passed and you still have not received tracking info, please contact us here.
WeSellFabric.com does NOT pre-print shipping labels. After your fabric has been packaged is when the label is printed.
Since COVID, we have seen a rise of packages not being consistently scanned in by the different shipping companies. Rest assured that when you receive tracking info, your package is either on its way or in the hands of the post office/UPS!

When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders ship in 5 to 12 business days after your purchase. If on the 13th business day you still have not received tracking info, please contact us here.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after production has started. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us here immediately to see where your order is in the production process.

If you successfully completed your order, you will receive an Order Summary email from us. Additionally, a completed order will show up in your My Account in the Order History section.
Wesellfabric.com does not charge any additional fees for international customers. Any customs or import duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on the import policies of their home country.

Fabric / Artwork
Because of the nature of custom fabric printing, flaws can happen occasionally. Because of this we have strict policy on dealing with flaws:
Any flaw within 2" of the selvage line is not cause for refund or replacement. If you find a flaw larger than a US nickel please contact us here. All flaws must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your fabric to be eligible for a return or replacement.
From time to time a shortage will happen. Please contact our customer service department here within 7 days of receipt of your fabric for a partial refund or replacement. Any shortage must be reported within 7 days to be eligible.
Due to the inherent differences between how your screen displays color vs how printers create color, there can be a slight difference. This is usually caused by brightness issues that printed material does not have, as well as subtle variations in darker colors due to shading available on a screen. This is normal and to be expected and not cause for return or exchange.
